"Uncovering a Heart Full of Love"
Join us at the Pacific Center for Spiritual Formation Lenten Retreat. Carol Saysette will lead contemplative exercises from the Christian tradition and Sara Vurek will lead Metta practices from the Buddhist tradition. All activities are voluntary.
There will also be plenty of free time to enjoy the Navarro River and watch the wildlife and the flowers open. Those who are new to silent retreats are welcome, as well as those of you who have enjoyed many Pacific Center retreats in the past.
As you might know, this might be the last Spring when Wellspring will be available for PCSF to use. Come and contemplate nature's abundance, enjoy the food, and savor the silence.
